Our off campus housing was built to address the academic needs of our residents. The on-site academic lounge and computer lab allow residents to get online to view emails, print assignments, or study with peers. They can also book a private group study room for all of the space they need to complete group projects or study in private.

Individual Housing Contracts
Ensuring that residents feel secure with their housing contract is another mission for our community. As such, we provide individual housing contracts. This means that your student is only responsible for their own monthly installment payments and will not be negatively impacted if a roommate does not pay their monthly installments on time or if they move out early. Our housing contracts also align with the school calendar so residents will be able to get settled in advance of their first day of school.

Each of our student apartments in Miami has open-layout floor plans and lavish features that prioritize space and privacy. Every unit comes with a private bedroom and en-suite bathroom, so residents have ample space for their personal belongings. We have multiple floor plans available, including one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom apartments.
